Order By Mail or Fax

It's kind of you follow ways hereinafter when you make an order:

Making a New Custom Order:
  1. Design your custom samples. ( See our custom ornaments FOR INSPIRATION )
  2. E-mail or fax us the product name,picutres or item No.,and quantity ordered, as well as expected lead time,and etc.;
  3. And then We'll inform you cost of ordered goods along with shipping cost and lead time.
  4. Once received your formally confirmation, by fax or e-mail, we'll e-mail you related proforma invoice or sales confirmation as well as related payment information in time.
  5. Once the bank's receipt received by fax or e-mail, we'll start to produce according to related invoice immediately, meanwhile, we'll inform you the shipping time estimated.
  6. We'll e-mail or fax you related shipping materials in time such as airmail or express No.,voyage, expected arrive time etc for tracking.
  7. We'll track the whole course as far as you receive your order in timely and safe way.
Owning a sample in your hands:
  1. Send us your samples via Express Courier and make some notes if you want to make some changes in your order.
  2. E-mail or fax us the quantity you want to order, as well as expected lead time,and etc.;
  3. And then We'll inform you cost of ordered goods along with shipping cost and lead time.
  4. Once received your formally confirmation, by fax or e-mail, we'll e-mail you related proforma invoice or sales confirmation as well as related payment information in time.
